Materials Needed:
Satin Ice Fondant Purple (light dusty purple, and two shades deeper taken from
the same purple with black gel color added to each to make three different shades).
Satin Ice Fondant Teal (small amount; with added Tylose/CMC to stiffen mildly -
should not be as supple as the purple fondant).

Cornstarch duster
Large rolling pin
Small rolling pin
Pastry wheel
Long ruler or straight edge
Pasta machine/craft roller
Large piece of flat foam (for drying)
Sheet tray
Parchment
Food Laquer Spray (optional but highly suggested)
Small bowl
Paint brush with stiff bristles
Airbrush food color - Electric Blue Americolor
Small artist’s pallet knife
Sponge brush
Bright White food color (Americolor)
Eggplant petal dust
Flat tipped paint brush
White candy melts
